Breakfast this morning was an Apple Pie Green Monster. Sweet baby Jesus it tasted EXACTLY like apple pie. I was shocked at how good it turned out. I’m more of a pumpkin pie kinda girl, but dang this smoothie was good. 
1c almond milk
1/2 frozen chopped apple 
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
1/4 heaping tsp cinnamon
1/8 heaping tsp nutmeg
1/8 heaping tsp ginger
pinch of salt
1 stevia packet 
pinch of xanthan gum (optional but makes the smoothie super thick)
2 handfuls of spinach (optional) 
5-9 ice cubes (depends on how thick you want it)
